Bronwen Greenfield

Bronwen is the Founder and Managing Dietitian behind Trusted Dietitians, bringing expertise and passion to every aspect of the business.

Since becoming a Dietitian in 2017, Bronwen has been committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and practical nutrition advice that fits real-life needs. Her approach focuses on a step-by-step, anti-diet philosophy, helping clients heal their relationship with food and develop a sustainable, positive mindset around nutrition.

Alongside running her personal brand, Diet Free Dietitian, Bronwen collaborates closely with the Trusted Dietitian team, fostering long-term and new EAP partnerships. She also takes pride in supporting and mentoring the Dietitians within the team, ensuring they feel empowered to deliver exceptional care. Bronwen carefully onboards talented, compassionate Dietitians she trusts to align with the values of Trusted Dietitians, building a team clients can rely on.

Courtney Bates

Courtney is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist with a special interest in women’s health, including pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum nutrition, endometriosis, PCOS, gut health, insulin resistance, weight management, and general health, as well as children's and family nutrition. Since becoming a Dietitian in 2009, Courtney has gained valuable experience in both private and public settings, providing a well-rounded perspective on nutrition.

Warm, compassionate, and understanding, Courtney excels at breaking down evidence-based nutrition into simplified, practical advice that empowers her clients to make informed choices. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their wellness journeys, offering consultations on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week.

Outside of work, Courtney is a mum to two little ones and enjoys swimming and Pilates, which fuels her passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Anneliese O’Farrell

Anneliese is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist as well as being a certified Personal Trainer, bringing over four years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry. She is passionate about taking a holistic view of health to provide individualised nutrition care that empowers clients to make sustainable, healthy changes.

Her key areas of interest include sports nutrition (such as body composition and optimising performance), weight loss, weight maintenance, women’s health (including PCOS and endometriosis), and fostering a healthy relationship with food. Anneliese is also well-versed in managing conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal issues and more.

Combining her personal journey of living a balanced and active lifestyle with evidence-based nutrition, Anneliese simplifies the science of nutrition to educate clients in an approachable and practical manner. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys working out, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with friends. Anneliese offers sessions on Mondays and Fridays each week.

Bronte Vallance

Bronte is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist dedicated to creating a trusting and inclusive space for individuals of all ages and life stages facing a variety of health challenges.

Bronte specialises in sustainable weight loss, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal disorders like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and gut health. She also focuses on optimising nutrition for fertility and pregnancy, managing coeliac disease, food intolerances, eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours, and supporting women’s health conditions, including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and menopause.

Bronte offers consultations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, ensuring flexibility to meet her clients needs. Outside of her professional practice, Bronte enjoys walking her dog, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring her passion for cooking.

Georgia Patterson

Georgia is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist, as well as a certified Personal Trainer, bringing over four years of experience in the health and wellness nutrition space. She adopts an evidence-based, individualised approach to nutrition, allowing her to be flexible and responsive to the diverse needs of her clients.

Georgia specializes in chronic health management, including conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, sports nutrition, rehabilitation, weight loss and management, and gut health. She also offers group training sessions, catering to both male and female health. Georgia provides consultations on Tuesdays each week, ensuring accessible support for her clients on their health journeys.
